Our Story
Natascha Miller and Associates is a boutique legal and forensic consulting practice based in Cape Town, South Africa, founded by attorney, conveyancer and forensic consultant Natascha Miller in March 2026. The firm was created to meet a growing need for legal services that combine rigorous technical conveyancing expertise with profound insight into fraud, cybercrime and human behaviour in high‑risk environments. We focus on delivering precise, strategic and ethically grounded advice to clients who require more than a standard “tick‑box” legal solution.
Our practice centres on property, estates and trusts, commercial matters and forensic risk advisory. On the property side, we handle transfers of immovable property, sectional and conventional developments, bonds, servitudes and notarial work, working closely with developers, estate agents, fiduciary practitioners and individual buyers and sellers. We also attend to deceased estates, curatorship estates, trust creation and administration, wills and complex fiduciary structures, with particular insight into how legal, financial and family dynamics intersect. Commercially, we assist with company formations, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, loan and security arrangements and a wide range of contracts that underpin sustainable, compliant businesses.
